(ODESSA, ON) At 6 p.m. last night officers with the Loyalist Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to several traffic complaints about a black Lexus sedan being involved in a collision near the off ramp of Highway 401 eastbound, at County Road 6, in Loyalist Township.
The driver of the vehicle hit a sign and continued driving with the airbags deployed.
The vehicle and driver were located approximately 20 minutes later on Mud Lake Road, Loyalist Township.
Charged with impaired driving and over 80 mgs is 56 year-old Howard LEE of Loyalist Tp.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on October 22nd.
