(Selwyn Township, ON) – On Sunday February 23, at approximately 3:12 a.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a report of a fight at a residence that occurred on the Seventh Line.
OPP officers were called to investigate a fight that developed at a large house party. Upon arriving at the scene officers learned that a fight had broken out after a verbal dispute between two youth.
As a result of the investigation two parties have been charged with criminal offences.
1) A 17 year old Peterborough Male has been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Assault causing Bodily Harm and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on 27 March 2014 to answer to the charges.
2) 18 year old Cody BARRY of Peterborough has been charged with Failing to Comply with an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial courts on 24 February 2014.
