On January 5, 2014 at 10:50 pm, Barrie Police officers attended a house fire on Golden Meadow Road. It appears that flames erupted from the garage area of the residence.
Barrie Firefighters got the blaze under control by midnight and no injuries were reported.
The Ontario Fire Marshall Office along with the Barrie Police Criminal Investigation Division will be investigating the cause of the fire.
