On January 5, 2014 at 11:36 pm, Barrie Police officers attended a south Barrie residence regarding a 911 call from a female who heard someone smashing in the front door of her residence. The female locked her bedroom door while officers attended.
Officers entered the residence and located the females ex-boyfriend passed out on the living room floor.
The 46 year old Barrie man was subsequently arrested for mischief.
He was transported to the Barrie Police Service and held until he was sober.
He now faces a February court date.
