On March 2, 2015 James Willits (29 years) was assaulted in his apartment at 297 Baseline Road West, London, and later died of injuries sustained in the assault.
Following a review of the investigation by the London Police Service and members of the Office of the Crown Attorney for Middlesex County, Brandon Christopher Nichols (34 years), is now charged with second degree murder in relation to Willits’ death.
Two other men, Steven Barry Antone (22 years) and Ronald Travis Chrisjohn (31 years) were charged with second degree murder on March 3, 2015. All three men remain in custody in relation to the charges.
