(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by a concerned homeowner at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, November 26, 2013, at approximately 10:43 p.m., a homeowner observed a male inside his motor vehicle that was parked in the driveway of their residence. The male was confronted at which time he fled from the vehicle on a bicycle.
The male is being described as white, early 20’s and was wearing dark pants and a dark coloured hooded sweatshirt.
