Home Invasion

(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a recent home invasion robbery.

On February 11, 2014, at approximately 4:30 am, three suspects forcibly entered an apartment situated along the 200 block of Donald St. The suspects were carrying knives. The occupant, a 57 years old male, was bound with tape and was assaulted. The suspects fled the premises with a quantity of cash and some prescription medications. The victim was able to break free after a short period of time and contact Police. The victim suffered minor injuries that did not require additional treatment. This is not believed to have been a random event.

The suspects are described as follows (see attached images):

#1-Caucasian male, darker complexion, approximately 5’10”(178 cm), 170 lbs (77 kg), wavy black hair

#2- Caucasian male, approx. 6’0”(183 cm), approx. 200 lbs (91 kg), long dirty blond hair, 20-25 years, thin build, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grey hat,

#3-Caucasian male, darker complexion, crooked nose, approx. 235 lbs (107 kg), heavier build.
