Holy PEACH – Drunk Driving

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON)– Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle in the center median on Highway #403 near Wayne Gretzky Parkway on November 28, 2016 at approximately 4:00 p.m.

County of Brant OPP responded and police determined through investigation that the involved vehicle a white 2014 Chevrolet Cavalier had lost control and struck a guard rail and ended up in the center median.

OPP investigators have charged 29-year-old Holy PEACH of the City of Hamilton with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada:

Driving with More than 80 mgs, of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b)

Driving While Ability Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a)

She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
