(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 145km/h in the 80km/h zone on Highway 7 near Esson Line Saturday afternoon just after 1:30pm.
Ivan-James MacDermid HOGAN (age 29) of Bewdley, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier was impounded.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on July 11, 2016.
