Sometime overnight Thursday September 13th, 2012 an unknown vehicle traveled from Price Street across an undeveloped grassy area and onto Carere Crescent Guelph. The vehicle mounted the curb, struck a fire hydrant, and knocked it off its mount. The responsible vehicle fled the scene.
The vehicle is possibly a red Jeep Cherokee and may have damage to its right-front wheel, bumper and lights. There may also be some yellow and/or green paint transfer from the fire hydrant.
