At 2:30pm this afternoon a blue possibly an older Subaru station wagon type vehicle cut off a white Honda travelling eastbound in the 900 block of 10th Street. The blue vehicle turned across the front of the white Honda attempting to enter the Pharma Plus parking lot. The blue car was hit by the Honda causing it to spin, and then coming to rest on the sidewalk.
The blue car then sped off west bound. It is believed that the blue vehicle was operated by a male approximately 19yrs and had two other persons in the vehicle. There were no injuries as a result. The Honda sustained front end damage and the blue car should have damage to the left rear portion of the vehicle.
