(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – On December 15, 2013 at 9:04 pm police received a report of a vehicle that had been northbound on Culloden Road, Muncipality of Bayham between Heritage Line and Ottergate Line and had left the roadway and collided with a hydro pole. It was reported that the vehicle left the scene and continued northbound towards Hwy #3. The hydro pole was completely snapped off at the base causing power outages to some area homes.
The suspect vehicle is described as a mid-1990’s Dodge Ram 4×4, black in colour with an extended cab and a short box.
The vehicle is expected to have damage to either the front or passenger side of the vehicle.
