The Chatham-Kent Police Service is currently investigating a Fail-to-Remain collision, which occurred at 407 St. Clair Street, Chatham, otherwise known as Dairy Queen.
On the 19th of December, 2014 shortly before 2:00 pm a darker colored mini-van struck a business sign in the drive-thru area. Following the accident, the occupants exited the vehicle, surveyed the damage and fled the scene without notifying the Business or Police. Police have identified multiple witnesses and evidence has been retrieved from the scene. Investigation is ongoing at this time. Damage is estimated at $1000.
