Barrie Police were patrolling in the down town core on Saturday night when they were flagged down by a nightclub doorman.
A 22 year old Barrie female was in an intoxicated condition and arguing with the doorman who was refusing her entry to the nightclub.
Police arrested the intoxicated female and transported her to the Barrie Police Service where she finally acquiesced to her parents being called to retrieve her.
She was released to the custody of her mother and issued summons for being intoxicated in a public place.
