(HAILEYBURY, ON) Members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an alarm at the LCBO in Haileybury on December 18, 2013 shortly before 10:00 p.m. Police arrived at the scene where a window had been smashed, glass was about the property and liquor had been stolen. The investigation into a break and enter commenced.
Investigative follow up has resulted in two males facing charges.
Layton CRICK, 22, and Kelton FAULKNER, 23, both of New Liskeard have been charged with Break and Enter – section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
The accused’s will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on October 23, 2014.
