(Georgian Bay Township, On)- Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently at the scene of a single vehicle rollover in the ditch of the south bound lanes of Highway 400 between Georgian Bay Road and Hidden Glen Road of Georgian Bay Township.
Investigators are being assisted by members of the OPP Central Region Technical Traffic Investigation Unit along with Georgian Bay Township Fire Service and Muskoka Paramedic Service.
The two occupants of the pick up truck were treated at the scene and transported to Georgian Bay General Hospital by paramedics and have been flown by Ornge to a Toronto area hospital for further treatment of their serious injuries suffered in the crash which occurred at 9:50am this morning.
Currently traffic is being directed along the south bound shoulder only of Highway 400 at the crash scene for investigation purposes.
