(HUNTSVILLE, ON) This afternoon, just before 3:30pm, 23-year old Steven Edward YEARLY was located on a walking trail in the Town of Huntsville. He was arrested without incident by officers from the Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit along with the Detectives from the Muskoka Crime Unit.
As part of his 810.2 Criminal Code Recognizance, he was not to attend any parks or trails with the exception of attending with immediate family members 18 years of age or older.
As a result, he has been charged with Breach of Recognizance (3 Counts) and Possession of Schedule II Drug – Marihuana . A Bail Hearing is scheduled to take place on Friday October 11, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Bracebridge and until that time he will remain in custody.
