On December 14, 2013 at 2:40 a.m., the Guelph Police observed a car driving suspiciously in the area of Woodlawn Road West. A traffic stop was conducted and the female driver spoken to. It was determined that she was impaired and an arrest was made.
Heather GIBBONS, 30 years of Waterloo has been charged with impaired driving, drive over 80 mg, drive while under suspension (HTA) and novice driver – BAC above zero (HTA). She will appear in court on January 7, 2013.
