Havinder KALEKA – Drunk Driving

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – Quinte West OPP set up two R.I.D.E. programs in Sidney Ward last night. A total of 115 vehicles were checked for impaired driving by alcohol and drug. Havinder KALEKA, 39, of Corbyville was charged with over Impaired Operation of a Motor vehicle and Over 80mgs of alcohol in blood. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in January, 2015, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.

The Quinte West OPP remind the public to choose a safe and sober ride home this holiday season. The Festive R.I.D.E. campaign continues until January 2nd, 2015. The Quinte West OPP will be setting up daily checkpoints to keep our roads safe.
