(Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a driver on Peterborough County Road 48 near the Sixth Line of Belmont yesterday just after 5:30pm.
The male operator of a vehicle was stopped at a RIDE program. James Erin HALLETT (age 45) of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Township was arrested and charged with driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON May 05, 2016.
