Man Arrested in London CK15036409

On October 26, 2015 the man was released from custody for the offences of theft under $5000, possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000, three counts of failing to comply and two counts of failing to attend court. On November 13, 2015 the man failed to attend court again and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Yesterday afternoon, the man was located in London and apprehended. The 31-year-old London man was transported back to Chatham-Kent for court purposes. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Man Turns Himself In on Outstanding Warrant CK15036366

On January 23, 2012 the man was released from custody for the offences of mischief over $5000, failing to comply, failing to attend court and criminal harassment. On March 28, 2012 the man failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Yesterday morning around 7:40 a.m. the 36-year-old man of no fixed address turned himself in to police headquarters. He was transported to the courthouse pending a bail hearing.

Break and Enter in Chatham CK15036456

Shortly after 5:00 a.m. this morning, unknown suspect(s) forced their way into Queen’s Variety on Queen Street. Approximately $1000 worth of lottery tickets and an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.
