Gregory RODRIGUES – Second Impaired In Three Months

(MUSKOKA LAKES, ON) – Members of the Central Region SAVE (Snowmobile, ATV Vessel Enforcement) team charged a man with his second impaired related charge in three months while patrolling Falkenburg road in Muskoka Lakes Township on Saturday November 15th, 2014 at 8:15pm. The investigation revealed that the operator was already facing an impaired operation charge stemming from an incident on 28th August 2014 in Bracebridge.

21 year-old Gregory RODRIGUES of Muskoka Lakes Township was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle CC 253(1)(a) and appeared in Bracebridge court on 18th November, 2014.
