(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 62 year old male after police investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Norfolk County Road 23, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at approximately 1:39 a.m., police were called to investigate a single motor vehicle collision at a Norfolk County Road 23 and Norfolk County Road 45 address.
As a result of investigation, police subsequently arrested and charged 62 year old Gregory DUNN of Norfolk County, Ontario with care or control while impaired and fail or refuse to provide sample.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
