(HALIBURTON, ON) – On April 15, 2014 officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a possible impaired driver in the village of Haliburton, Municipality of Dysart et al Ontario. OPP located the male driver and the 2003 GMC van on Highland Street. The male was arrested at the scene and transported to the detachment for breath tests. As a result of the investigation, Glen EDWARDS age 52 of Algonquin Highlands Ontario was charged with:

Operating a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Minden Ontario on June 04, 2014.
