(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – A member of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on patrol on 13 October 2015 at approximately 12:45 a.m. noticed a vehicle on Ayr Road and stopped the vehicle for a violation of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Police determined through investigation that the driver had been drinking alcohol and the male driver was arrested.
OPP investigators have charged 28-year-old Glen BREWER of Norwich Township with driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to the charge.
