(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Monday, August 4, 2014 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a girl injured while tubing on Lake Eugenia in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The 15 year old girl from Halton Hills, Ontario was riding on a water tube being towed by a motor boat operated by her father. The girl was injured when the tube flipped; ejecting her into the water. She was taken to hospital via ambulance and then air-lifted to a hospital in Toronto as a precaution. Her injuries are non-life threatening.
