(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigate a perjury incident stemming from court proceedings on May 9, 2016.
Arrested and charged with the following offences is 23 year old Ginalisa FUSCO of Bobcaygeon:
Perjury contrary to section 131 of the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC)
Attempt Obstruct Justice contrary to section 139(1) of the CCC
The accused was arrested today and has been held for a bail hearing.
