WFP drove down Gibbons Line this morning, to see if anything has been done regarding the illegal dumping, and burning of trash.
Almost 1/2 of the garbage has been cleaned up. Bags of garbage have been removed, along with one of the satellite dishes. There is still a lot of trash to be cleaned up, as well as remnants of burn piles.
WFP did not catch anyone in the act of cleaning up the garbage, and do not know if it was Morris-Turnberry workers, or illegal dumpers trying to remove evidence before they get caught.
Please be persistent with your complaints, to make sure the clean up continues.
