(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped an erratic driver on Highway 7 just before 12:30 Saturday morning.
A citizen called 911 to report the poor driving of the suspect’s vehicle. Geraint Phillip John HARLEY (age 24) of Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on January 28, 2016.
