(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS) On Monday, September 30, 2013, at approximately 9:52 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a Grey Highlands man with criminal harassment following an on-going investigation.
Earlier in the day, the victim had called police to report that she had been followed by the accused on two separate occasions that day while she was operating her vehicle.
Since July 2012, police investigated several neighbour disputes involving the victim and the accused. The disputes, which appear to have escalated, caused the victim to fear for her safety and property.
George Mark TAYLOR, 49, was charged with harassment.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on October 31, 2013.
