(Prince Edward County, ON.) Shortly before 9:00pm on the 12th of April an officer with the Prince Edward OPP Detachment patrolling the town of Wellington initiated a traffic stop. Following an investigation that included a roadside breath test with the driver, officers arrested a male for Driving with More than 80 milligrams (mgs) of Alcohol in Blood
The driver, 55 year old Geoffrey HEINRICKS of Wellington was subsequently charged with Operate a Motor Vehicle with Over 80mgs. HEINRICKS’ licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for 7 days.
HEINRICKS will appear in Picton courts on the 13th of May 2015 to answer to the charge.
