(LAKESHORE ON) – Ontario Provincial Police have charged a Windsor man after he was stopped on County Road 22 in Lakeshore on Saturday August 22nd.
Shortly after 4:00 pm police responded to a call about a possible impaired driver. Officers on patrol were able to locate and stop the vehicle. The driver, Gary TREPANIER 51 of Windsor was arrested and is charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol. He will be appearing in court in Windsor on September 10th 2015.
