(PENETANGSUISHENE, ON) – On September 15, 2015 at 7:28 p.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a minor motor vehicle collision in the Town of Penetanguishene, ON.
One of driver’s was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested by police. The 2010 Toyota 4Runner was towed and impounded. The driver’s licence of the male has also been suspended for 90 days.
Gary OLSEN (age 61) of Tiny Township, ON has been charged with:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Exceed 80 mgs
The accused is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland, Ontario on September 24, 2015.
