(South Algonquin Township, ON) On Tuesday, December 2, 2014 Provincial Constable Ryan Szczygiel was conducting a RIDE program on Highway 127 when a vehicle failed to stop for the officer. Further investigation led to Fred PERK, 51 of South Algonquin Township being charged with Flight while Pursued by Police Officer contrary to section 249.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada. PERK is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on February 4, 2015.
