(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 24 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Norfolk County Road 21, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, May 17, 2015, at approximately 5:05 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk County Road 21 and Highway 59, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 24 year old Franz Reimer HIEBERT, of Bayham Township, Ontario with the following offences.
· Impaired driving
· Driving over the legal limit
· Speeding
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
