(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – On Monday November 17, 2014 at approximately 6:30 p.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a collision on Peterborough County Road 10 near Millbrook.
As the result of the police investigation Franklin James COOPER, of Millbrook, was arrested at the collision scene and held in custody. Mr. Cooper has been charged with Impaired Operation, Driving over 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, Possession of a stolen vehicle and Driving while prohibited.
Mr. Cooper will appear in Peterborough Provincial Court for a bail hearing Wednesday November 19, 2014.
