(AUGUSTA TOWNSIP, ON) – On November 26, 2013, officers of the Grenville Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 70-year-old Augusta Township man in relation to numerous sexual offences against three victims that were young persons at the time.
Frank Douglas MUNDY has been charged in relation to sexual offences that occurred between 1973 and July 2013. He is charged with several counts of:
1. Attempt Rape
2. Gross Indecency
3. Sexual Assault
4. Bestialty
5. Fail to Comply with Undertaking
6. Criminal Harassment
7. Indecent Assault
He has been held in custody to appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville, today.
