FOUND MONEY TURNED INTO POLICE OPP Attempt To Locate Owner

(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is looking to identify the owner of some found money that was turned in to police by a local charity group.

The money was turned in to OPP on August 28, 2014, when volunteers located it inside a computer tower that was being dismantled through an electronic recycling program. The undisclosed amount of Canadian currency was located inside the IBM computer tower. It is believed that the computer tower was taken to the drop station in Tillsonburg and left in a secure steel drop box.
