(POINT EDWARD, ON) On September 16, 2013 at around 11:30 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to attend the Bluewater Bridge to assist the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) with a 31 year old Michigan male who failed to report he had a firearm with him.
Phillip SANDERS from Mount Morris, Michigan will appear in a Sarnia court at a later time to answer to the charges of:
Unauthorized possession of a firearm
Occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was firearm
Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm
Importing or exporting firearm.
