(Napanee, ON)- On June 27th , 2015 at 11:34 pm officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were called to assist the Stone Mills Township Fire Department at a residence located on County Road 14 in Stone Mills Township.
Stone Mills Township Fire Department attended the scene and extinguished a kitchen fire which caused significant smoke damage to the residence.
As a result of the investigation police located a marihuana grow in the basement. Officers seized 92 small marihuana plants as well as 32 grams of dried marihuana.
Charged with Production of a Controlled Substance is 48 year-old Jodie DAIGLE of Stone Mills Township. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on August 4th, 2015.
