On September 2nd at 650am, 911 recieved a call from an Elmira resident advising that smoke was pouring from his house on Carriage Hill Trail. Everyone was out of the house except for two dogs which the Elmira Fire Department was able to rescue. The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
