(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Tuesday September 4, 2013 just before noon, three females were in an area near the Huntsville High School when an altercation occurred.
Investigation found that the girls had some ongoing issues that led to the assault taking place. Two of the girls who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act were arrested and eventually charged with the assault. Both of the girls were released to their parents and will appear in Huntsville court on October 1, 2013.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
