(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 7, 2014 at approximately 10:55 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling the industrial area in Fergus and investigated 2 males in a parking lot. The one male was found to be disobeying a condition of an order imposed by the court. He was arrested for the offence.
Bruce BOYKO age 59 of Fergus has been charged with Fail To Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 18, 2014 to answer to the charge.
