(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 5, 2014 at approximately 3:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a door to gain access to an apartment on St. Andrew West, Fergus had been damaged by a male. Police attended the scene and located the male involved. He was arrested and transported to a local detachment.
Daniel PETRIE age 26 of Fergus has been charged with Mischief Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on November 14, 2014 to answer to the charge.
