(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 36 year old female after police investigated an incident at a Thorncliffe Road, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, November 2, 2014 at approximately 3:05 p.m., police were contacted and informed about an incident that had taken place in the early morning hours.
Through investigation it has been determined that the 36 year old female became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 36 year old Amanda Marie WITHAM of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
