(ORILLIA, ON) On September 27, 2013 at approximately 7:20 p.m. the Orillia O.P.P. (Ontario Provincial Police) responded to a call of a single motor vehicle roll over on the Monck Road in Ramara Township.
When police arrived they observed a pickup truck on its roof and paramedics already at the scene.
The 54 year old male from Ramara Township was pronounced deceased at the scene and a 46 year old male, also of Ramara Township was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
TTCI (Technical Traffic Collision Investigator) was called to the scene and Monck Road was closed to traffic at Kirkfield Road and County Road 169 until 4:11 a.m. on the 28th of September, 2013.
This investigation is ongoing.
