(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are continuing their investigation into a collision which occurred at the intersection of Highway 40 and Fairview Line on November 15, 2014, just before 6:00 p.m., where a Chrysler car traveling westbound on Fairview Line proceeded into the intersection and was struck by a Pontiac minivan traveling northbound on Highway 40.
The deceased driver of the car has been identified as Bradford HUDSON, age 53, from Chatham. The passenger in the car has been identified as Ashley HOOPER, age 27, from Chatham.
The driver of the minivan has been identified as Tammy AUSTIN, age 46, from Chatham. The passenger in the minivan has been identified as Stuart HAMBLIN, age 44, from Chatham.
