(KINGSVILLE, ON) – The driver of a white Chevrolet involved in a head on collision on Highway 3 in Kingsville on September 1, 2016 has succumbed to his injuries. Yves BROUILLARD, age 55 of Windsor was critically injured after being involved in a head on collision with a tractor trailer unit west of County Road 31.
BROUILLARD was pronounced deceased at a London, Ontario hospital on September 9, 2016.
The Ontario Provincial Police have completed their investigation and no charges will be preferred.
