(RED LAKE, ON) – On September 8, 2015, officers from the Red Lake/Ear Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Joyce Lake Road northeast of Ear Falls. Investigation revealed that the lone male driver was northbound on a remote logging road in his pick-up truck when he lost control and entered the west ditch, rolling the vehicle. He was not wearing his seatbelt. James Miller, 53, of Zealand Township, died as a result of his injuries.
