(TAY TOWNSHIP, On)- Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the OPP Central Region Technical Traffic Investigation Unit have completed their investigation into the fatal crash on November 19, 2014 that took the life of a Penetanguishene man.
Charged in connection to this crash is Matthew DUFFY 39 years of age from Tay Township with Careless Driving contrary to section 130 of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
